Fruit spread

Nothing could be easier then to make a fruit spread:
½ cup soaked dried fruit (apricots, apples, etc.)
cinnamon after taste
touch of honey
Soak the fruit for about 2 hours. Reserve the water. Process the soaked fruit with some soaking water, cinnamon and honey in a blender, add more soaking water if necessary.
Spoon into a jar and refrigerate. It will last for several weeks.
